Right to Access – You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Correction – If you believe any of the information we hold is incorrect or out of date, you have the right to provide updated information. You may also ask us to delete inaccurate or outdated data, which we will do unless we are required by law or regulation to retain it.

Right to Be Forgotten – You can request the deletion of your personal data, particularly where it has been processed based on your consent or for direct marketing purposes. However, if we are legally required to retain your data, we may not be able to fulfil this request.

Right to Restrict Processing – In limited circumstances, you may ask us to restrict the processing of your data. For example:

• If you are contesting the accuracy of the data.
• If the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data erased.
• If you need us to retain the data for legal claims even though we no longer need it;
• If you have objected to our use of the data but we are verifying whether we have legitimate grounds to continue processing.

Right to Object to Processing – You may object to our use of your data for direct marketing or where processing impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing.

Right to Data Portability – You may request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format. We can provide it directly to you or to a third party of your choice.

Right to Object to Automated Decision-Making – Starlight Healthcare does not make decisions about individuals solely by automated means. All decisions involving your data involve human intervention.
