Stroke Care
What is a Stroke? Stroke is a serious life-threatening medical condition that happens when the blood supply to the part of the brain is cut off. Following a stroke, we develop individualised care plans to make the transition from hospital to home as easy as possible, as well as to provide the necessary ongoing support to assist you on your road to recovery. Our carers prioritise your independence and dignity. We assist you in getting ready for the day or getting ready for bed. They can assist you in taking a bath, caring for yourself, and managing your medication. They can do so much more if you just ask! Whatever you require, they always provide it with kindness and sensitivity, always remembering your Right to Respect. We can provide support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It all comes down to your needs and preferences, as well as the needs and preferences of your family and friends. It makes no difference how much or how little assistance you require.
When you would like to receive your care is up to you!
We are very flexible and work around you.
